Then it is about coming to New York after he had made it globally as a musician, "I was living like a king", whereas before in his famous Berlin era he was a star, but broke: "I used up all my money." And then speaks about the beginning of his career, going for it all: "This way or no way". Peter from GermanyBowie does pull here a masterful piece of songwriting, and what he does is telling his life story backwards – "We're born the wrong way round," as he sounds in "Blackstar".
